This place is an interesting spot for sightseeing, and I had a lot of fun; the staff was friendly, suggesting some nice places to visit.

Everything was good, including HELPFUL staff and amazing location close to main attractions. I was given cozy and amazingly comfortable room just how expected it to be with a balcony, comfortable beds, all necessary things. Location: the hotel was near to a nice area as well as the center and cozy streets.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the city center and visit all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved having the option to park our car at the hotel and the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and coffee bars within a short walking distance.

our second stay in bologna was magical. grand central room exceeded our expectations. the owner's helpfulness and attention to detail made our celebrating anniversary unforgettable. from the comfy bed to the cute garden, everything was perfect. we even had parking, which was a bonus!

Weird payment process.

My stay at Grand Central Room was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk to the city center. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the complimentary water, coffee, and tea that were provided. Arianna, the cleaning lady, was friendly and always ensured everything was in order. The gated entry provided a secure parking option for my car. Additionally, the surrounding area was beautiful, with a park nearby and a welcoming community evening program to attend. I had a great experience.

While overall my stay was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of staff on-site meant that any issues or questions had to be addressed via WhatsApp, which felt a bit strange.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the helpful staff and the free drinking water provided. The location was convenient, with easy access to cafes and restaurants nearby. our stay was satisfactory.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The air conditioning did not work well, making our room quite warm.
